A bit unconventional but they make great running knickers. When it too cold for shorts and but too warm for long tights, these work great. Not too heavy and enough pockets to carry extra stuff.

Slim fitting but comfy
A pretty slim fitting short overall but the higher rise and stretchy fabric make this very comfortable. The fabric is thick enough to not snag or tear on brush and the laser cut holes really help keep you cool, which is something you do not usually see on shorts. Pockets are snug enough to keep your stuff from bouncing around but big enough to fit pretty much anything you will need on the trail. The belt system is simple and works without getting in your way like previous shorts I have used. The length is pretty long but it means they don't ride up which is good for preventing the knee gap. Definitely my favorite shorts at the moment.
