Ground source heat

In 2003, SportHill office and warehouses switched to Ground Source Heat Pumps. GSHPs are electrically powered systems that tap the stored energy of the greatest solar collector in existence: the earth. These systems use the earth's relatively constant temperature to provide heating, cooling, and hot water for homes and commercial buildings.

Wind energy

Since 2005, SportHill offices' energy is from 100% wind power from Eugene Water and Electric Board.

High efficiency lighting

High efficiency florescent lighting, in conjunction with natural lighting, is used throughout our offices and warehouses.

Recyle

SportHill either reuses or recycles all paper and cardboard products.
